Ryan of best choice roofing is the man. Irene the phone lady was amazing as well. Customer service 10/10. Roof quality 10/10. Ryan handled my insurance company the whole way through just like he promised from the beginning. I’ve already recommended them to one of my friends. I will continue to recommend them. They really are the best choice.

Edit: july 12th, still will not fix this mess.
Not the best roofers. Night mare of a company to deal with. Check their quality for yourself.
Was even paid insurance claim and still could not do a good job.
Edit May 13 of next year. This company still hasn't done anything about the mess up they did and now I am getting not only leaks but damage to my rafters and ceilings all over my house.
This is going to be one of the worst things dealing with my whole life and they got paid over 14$k to do this mess. Great job at ruining my house!

Thank you Nick for going out of your way to take care of our roofing issues. In 120° heat, he came over to change the tarp covering where the tiles had blown off before we get a new roof. Highly recommend BcR. 👌

They don't even have a roofing team. It's literally all sales people. They go through your home owners insurance file a claim and then find the cheapest roofer in the state to do a slapstick job on your roof. They'll have you sign a contingency that legally obligates you to hand over the insurance claim money to them. You might get paid out 14,000 dollars and they pay a subcontractor 5,000. Very illegitimate. If they knock on your door don't answer.

When your employee, Hudson, first came to my door I was skeptical especially when he mentioned some of the noticeable issues with my roof. But to my surprise he not only was very professional when speaking, but was quick to note that this company had what it took to solve my problem. I asked him some basic questions like, "How much will this cost?" and "Is there any warranty?" I was impressed when he not only gave affirmative answers to these questions, but also went a step further and included how the process would usually go. Hudson helped me make an informed decision regarding roof repair and made working with my insurance easier. I highly recommend best choice roofing to anyone looking into roof repair themselves.
