I had toilet plumbing issues so I called my home warranty company, they sent a company out, the gentlemen who they sent said my toilet was unrepairable and if I paid $450 he would fix it on the spot , I simply wasn’t ok with that. I asked my home warranty for a second opinion from a totally different company .. they sent out Ideal Services , Levi literally fixed my toilet in less than 5 min. Super responsive, respectful of my home, and got the job done. Thank you so much Levi! I appreciate your hard work, time and saving me money!!

I've had Ideal out on 2 different occasions and each time was a great experience! Levi was the last tech out to replace my garbage disposal who was professional, polite and quick. The time before was to replace my water heater and again professional and pleasant. Highly recommend!

We submitted a ticket through our home warranty company due to our A/C going out. When Willie and Bryan came out, they did as much as they could that first day to let us know what was wrong. We ended up having to have both our A/C and furnaces replaced due to age and being miss serviced. They came out before 9 am and stayed until almost 8pm making sure everything was taken care of and up to our standards. They were more than courteous, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew what was done and why. We will be calling them again for maintenance and repairs.

I had a faulty outlet that began smoking when it was in use. Fearful of burning down my house i immediately contacted Ideal Services. Anthony Green was my technician, and showed up with a great personality and smile on his face. He was very fast and efficient, and explained the issue in detail as well as showed me the faulty wiring. He was very friendly and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. Great experience, i definitely recommend Anthony Green and Ideal Services!
