Within an hour of calling, Miles showed up at my door and looked at the problem, explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me a quote of $325. I accepted and he went to get the parts needed and the work was done quickly. Miles was so pleasant and respectful answering all my questions with a smile. Really great, prompt, reliable and friendly service. I contacted Precision Plumbing via their web form and received a call right away. They had a technician at my home within the hour. Gilbert Castro was professional, friendly and a clear communicator. He told me my options without any pressure and was very easy to talk with. After providing me the written estimate, he returned with the necessary parts within the hour and completed the project. The work site was tidy. He took the time to explain how the repair was completed and even provided me pictures of what was done (all new parts) before it was covered in insulation. Highly recommend and ask for Gilbert!

I would definitely recommend Precision Plumbing. As for the company it was very easy to schedule online 24/7 or you can call if you’d prefer to speak to someone. As for me, I had to schedule online at 2am. But as soon as the office opened Precision Plumbing reach out to me via phone and text right away to confirm my appt. They were effective and polite and the service call was truly free as advertised. As for the tech that came out well I had Jeremy and he was great too! Jeremy came out to look at a leaky washer valve, he was on time, friendly, polite, and honest. I was very happy with their service and I will 100% be using Precision Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Alexander came out and put in a new faucet for me and new emergency shut off valves. He did a great job and was very professional. Another company quoted me a price that was double what he quoted me. The company has reasonable prices based on what Google says these installations should cost in Las Vegas.
