One word: incredible. The service, food, drinks, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded every expectation. Many thanks and a huge shoutout to Andy, Bryan, and the entire staff for being attentive, knowledgeable, and creating an atmosphere that made us feel like we'd been dining there for years. Every dish we ordered, which included tuna tartare, seared scallops, beef sliders, truffle parmesan fries, artichoke dip, and the New York strip, was a work of art (see photos attached) and prepared perfectly. The elegant, inviting decor and soft lighting created an Instagram-worthy ambiance filled with beauty and charm that stayed with us throughout the entire experience. The Sparklings is proof that the best restaurants in Vegas are located off the Strip.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted kindly and taken to a table. The service was top notch, right up there with the food. My boyfriend and I ordered wings, lobster bisque , clam linguine and chicken picatta with shrimp (I think). We also had margaritas. Weve already repeated and ordered to go one night because we were both craving the bisque. It’s sooooo good! I’m bringing my family whenever they visit. I can’t wait to go for brunch!

What a delightful find in Las Vegas! This Sparklings fine dining restaurant has quickly become a favorite spot of mine. The lunch menu recently introduced new dishes that are simply delicious. I tried their lunch menu, and the flavors were exceptional - each bite was packed with authentic flavors and tender meats, perfectly complemented by fresh ingredients.
For dinner, the experience was even more impressive. The menu features a variety of fresh, innovative dishes that showcase the chef's skill and creativity. From the perfectly grilled seafood to the rich, flavorful sauces, every dish was a culinary masterpiece. This place is cute. We arrived just before the dinner rush and was seated promptly. Our food arrived timely and our waiters were friendly.
Ordered their happy hour menu (Mon-Fri 4-6pm). Both items were amazing. Caprese Salad was tasty and the Alfredo Cheese and Spinach Ravioli for the kid was delicious (kid approved).
I can’t wait to return and try other dishes. Highly recommend for groups too which I probably will do next time, girls night!
Shoutout to Max who was so friendly to my toddler given that they were busy with a group holiday party. Jake was a second runner up lol.

My family held a private party at the Sparklings. I must say the food was good and the Alfredo was very delicious. It also helps to have excellent service!
